Town councillor for Littlemoor, Louie O'Leary, has been elected to serve as the Conservative Group leader for Weymouth Town Council. Local Conservatives had a good result in the recent Parish elections, from 4 seats in 2019 to 7 seats in 2024, winning both Littlemoor Ward seats for the first time.
